Refund policy
Automatic refunds
If a paid commit is not recorded on the Base network within 24 hours of payment, we refund it in full automatically and email you.
Refunds on request
Within 14 days of payment, email [email protected] with your receipt link and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
What a refund does not change
A commit that was already recorded stays on the public network permanently; a refund does not remove it.
How refunds appear
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
