Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Creation Enterprises Group Inc, doing business as Verafile Corporation, collects when you use Stillmark.
What we never receive
The contents of your files. Fingerprints are computed on your device; files are not uploaded.
What we collect
- File names, sizes and fingerprints for each commit, so your receipt and email can list them.
- Email address, collected by Stripe at checkout, to send your proof.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A one-way scrambled form of your IP address, used only to limit abuse, deleted after 7 days.
- Privacy-friendly visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics), with no cookies and no tracking across sites.
What is public
Only a batch root is written to the Base network. It reveals nothing about your files. A proof file contains its files' names and fingerprints, so share it only with people meant to check it.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Railway and Neon (hosting and database), Cloudflare (bot check, network and analytics).
How long we keep it
Paid commits: as long as the service runs, so receipts keep working. Unpaid commits: 24 hours. Demo commits: 30 days. Abuse-limit records: 7 days.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your commit record (email and file names) at [email protected]. The batch root on the Base network cannot be deleted, and reveals nothing about you or your files. We do not sell personal information.
